Present at ACRL 2017
Inspire your colleagues in the higher education community with proposals that explore the most dynamic issues and ideas currently facing the academic and research librarians today. ACRL 2017 offers eight session formats to suit a wide range of presentation and learning styles. From first-time presenters to seasoned experts, there is a format best suited to your ideas. See the Call for Participation for all the details.

Volunteer at ACRL 2017
ACRL needs all sorts of volunteers in Baltimore to help the conference run smoothly. Opportunities include room monitoring, poster session helpers, workshop registration, buddy program, resume reviewing and more. When you register, simply indicate that you would like to volunteer and you will receive an email a few weeks in advance of the conference to sign up for these opportunities. It’s a great way to give back and expand your professional network.

Get on an ACRL 2019 Conference Committee
Committee volunteers help shape the ACRL Conference by selecting content and developing innovative programs and services. While the ACRL 2017 Conference Committees are fully subscribed, there will be new opportunities to serve on the ACRL 2019 Committees available in December 2016. The deadline for volunteering is February 15, 2017, see the ACRL Volunteer page for details. Serving on a committee is one of the best ways to become involved and make an impact on the profession.
