How to Register
Register Online
Submit your ACRL 2013 registration via the online registration form. Please note, you will need to log in to your ALA account or create a new one if you don't have an ALA profile. Please expect to receive e-mail confirmation within 24 hours. Registration questions should be directed to acrl@experient-inc.com or call 800-974-3084; 847-996-5876 (international).
Register by Mail or Fax
Print off a copy of the ACRL 2013 Registration Form (PDF file) and mail or fax your completed form. Please expect to receive an e-mail confirmation within three to five business days of receipt of your form.

- More than 300 educational programs including keynote and invited presentations, panel sessions, contributed papers, workshops, roundtable discussions, Cyber Zed Shed presentations, and poster sessions
- Access to the ACRL 2013 Virtual Conference featuring over 130 slidecasts, live webcasts, handouts, discussion boards, podcasts, and more
- Entry to the ACRL 2013 exhibits Wednesday through Friday
- Opening exhibits reception Wednesday evening
- All-Conference Reception at the Indiana State Museum Friday evening
- Daily morning and afternoon refreshment breaks
Note: Members of the Indiana Library Federation may register at the ACRL member rate.
Group Discounted Rates
ACRL offers group discounts to institutions that register 10 or more employees for the conference. To qualify, all registrants in the group must be employed at the same institution and on the same campus. Group discounts are available only by mail via the paper ACRL 2013 Registration Form and are not available to those registering online or onsite.
Completed registration forms must be submitted at the same time in one envelope to the address below.

Daily Rates
Daily registration will be available onsite: $235 for ACRL members, $285 for ALA members, $335 for nonmembers, $85 for library school students, and $125 for retired/nonsalaried/unemployed ALA members. You may only select the single-day option for one day; single-day rates may not be combined.
Welcome International Guests
ACRL welcomes guests from over 25 countries at every conference. Please contact us if you require an official letter of invitation. The letter of invitation does not financially obligate ACRL in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the conference are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
Exhibits-only Registration
Complimentary exhibits-only badges will be available onsite for the Thursday and Friday of the conference.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before March 13, 2013 are entitled to a refund minus a $100 processing fee. Preconference registration cancellations received by March 13, 2013 will receive a refund minus $50. Cancellations received after March 13, 2013 will not receive a refund. The ACRL Conference, preconferences, and related events are offered on a cost-recovery basis and may be cancelled due to adverse events beyond the control of ACRL or if there is insufficient registration. In the event that an ACRL-sponsored activity is cancelled, ACRL cannot be responsible for any cancellation/charge assessed to registrants by airlines, travel agencies, or hotels.
