ACRL 2015 registration will be located at the Oregon Convention Center. Remember to bring your name badge and other registration materials that were mailed to you. You may not have received your badge if you live outside of the United States, if you have a balance due, or if for some reason the address on file was inaccurate. If you did not receive your badge for any of these reasons just head to the registration desk for your badge.
Stop by the registration desk during the hours below to pick up your program book, pocket program, conference addendum, badge lanyard, and MAX pass. You will need to present a photo ID at registration, so please have your ID out and ready to go. A ribbon bar will be available in the registration area for you to pick up your desired badge bling.

Print off a copy of the ACRL 2015 Registration Form (PDF file) and mail or fax your completed form to 301-694-5124. Please expect to receive an e-mail confirmation within three to five business days of receipt of your form.

Group Discounted Rates
ACRL offers group discounts to institutions that register 10 or more employees for the conference. To qualify, all registrants in the group must be employed at the same institution and on the same campus. Group discounts are available only by mail via the paper ACRL 2015 Registration Form and are not available to those registering online or onsite.
Completed registration forms must be submitted at the same time in one envelope to the address below.

Daily registration will be available onsite; tentative rates are: $235 for ACRL members, $285 for ALA members, $335 for nonmembers, $85 for library school students, and $125 for retired/nonsalaried/unemployed ALA members. You may only select the single-day option for one day; single-day rates may not be combined.
Complimentary exhibits-only badges will be available onsite for the Thursday and Friday of the conference.
Cancellations received on or before February 27, 2015 are entitled to a refund minus a $100 processing fee. Preconference registration cancellations received by February 27, 2015 will receive a refund minus $50. Cancellations received after February 27, 2015 will not receive a refund. The ACRL Conference, preconferences, and related events are offered on a cost-recovery basis and may be cancelled due to adverse events beyond the control of ACRL or if there is insufficient registration. In the event that an ACRL-sponsored activity is cancelled, ACRL cannot be responsible for any cancellation/charge assessed to registrants by airlines, travel agencies, or hotels.

ACRL welcomes guests from over 25 countries at every conference. Please contact us if you require an official letter of invitation. The letter of invitation does not financially obligate ACRL in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the conference are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
