Scholarships

IGI Global's Academic Librarian Sponsorship Program

As a leading publisher of scholarly publications and databases, IGI Global seeks to support the advancement of resources and services in academic libraries. As part of this initiative, IGI is proud to continue their Academic Librarian Sponsorship Program, which sponsors librarians' attendance of the industry's most important events. In an ongoing effort to help librarians grow professionally and increase their understanding of the changing state of knowledge resources, IGI Global will award one librarian with a $500 stipend for attendance at ACRL 2013

All interested librarians must submit their IGI Award Application by Friday, March 15, 2013.

ACRL 2013 Scholarship Winners!

The Association of College and Research Libraries awarded 79 scholarships in five categories worth more than $48,000 for ACRL 2013. Congratulations to the ACRL 2013 scholarship recipients! ACRL thanks ProQuest for sponsoring the ProQuest Library Support Staff Scholarships as well as the ACRL Friends Fund Committee, the ACRL Presidents (Steven Bell, Trevor Dawes, Lori Goetsch, Lisa Janicke Hinchliffe, Joyce Ogburn), Adam Matthew, Copyright Clearance Center, Oxford University Press, SAGE, and Thomson Reuters for additional support.
